ต้องอยู่บ้านตอนทีมงานมาไหม?Do I need to be home?
ไม่จำเป็นครับ ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่ฝากกุญแจไว้กับนิติบุคคลหรือรปภ. เราจะส่งรูปรายงานให้ทาง LINE เมื่อจบงาน แต่ถ้าอยากอยู่ตรวจงานด้วยก็ยินดีมากครับNot at all. Most clients leave a key with building management. We send the photo report to your LINE when we finish — but you are very welcome to be there for the walkthrough.
ต้องเตรียมอุปกรณ์หรือน้ำยาไหม?Do I need to provide anything?
ไม่ต้องเลยครับ ทีมงานขนอุปกรณ์และน้ำยาไปเองทั้งหมด ถ้าคุณมีน้ำยาที่ชอบใช้เป็นพิเศษ หรือแพ้กลิ่นบางอย่าง แจ้งไว้ตอนจองได้เลยNothing. Our team brings every tool and product. If you prefer a specific product, or are sensitive to certain scents, just tell us when you book.
ทีมงานสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ไหม?Does the team speak English?
ได้ครับ ทุกคิวมีทีมงานที่สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างน้อยหนึ่งคน และแอดมินที่ตอบ LINE ตอบได้ทั้งไทยและอังกฤษYes. Every booking includes at least one English-speaking housekeeper, and our LINE admin replies in both Thai and English.
จ่ายเงินยังไง จ่ายก่อนหรือหลัง?How and when do I pay?
จ่ายหลังงานเสร็จและตรวจงานเรียบร้อยแล้วเท่านั้น รับเงินสด โอนธนาคาร และพร้อมเพย์ ไม่มีมัดจำสำหรับงานทั่วไปOnly after the job is done and inspected. We accept cash, bank transfer and PromptPay. No deposit for standard bookings.
ถ้าไม่พอใจงานที่ทำ ทำยังไง?What if I am not satisfied?
แจ้งเราภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงพร้อมรูปจุดที่ไม่ผ่าน เราจะจัดทีมกลับไปแก้ให้โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย และถ้ายังไม่พอใจอีก เราคืนเงินส่วนนั้นให้Tell us within 24 hours with a photo of what fell short. We return and redo it at no charge — and if it still is not right, we refund that portion.
